Brian, as an adult you have allowed me to listen to this success -The tale of a West Indian victory in a cricket match made sweeter by the flavor being Trinidadian-. I would be the first to admit to being your strongest critic in that past, as I too like you, love success. I applaud such success as it is nothing more than you have worked for and deserve. I, like the rest of Trinidad & Tobago, have been watching your progress for several years. Ever since you ventured as a young man unto the Queens Park Oval. I am sure it is only the continuation of what your skill with the bat will bring to you, our nation and the West Indies. Be proud of your achievement just as we are proud of what you have done.
